You like exciting, varied workdays, you are open to travel and work at different locations in Germany?
As a Station Manager Springer (m/f/d), you are an expert in all areas concerning our camper rental stations and support in different locations during particularly busy periods, vacations, or in case of illness.
What does that mean exactly?- You are an expert in all tasks related to the station and ensure smooth operations on a daily basis while adhering to FreewayCamper guidelines
- You create the staffing schedule based on bookings and ensure that employees are motivated and have the know-how
- You take care of the scheduling and preparation of campers for upcoming bookings, including document verification, cleaning, and equipping with standard and additional equipment (such as bike racks and dog packages)
- You welcome our customers, provide professional vehicle introductions, and ensure an excellent customer experience. Thanks to you, our customers start their holidays with a smile on their faces. :-)
- You take care of the fleet on-site: damage management, technical checks, coordination of maintenance and repairs, spare parts ordering, preparation, and support of vehicle sales
Please note: You will be travelling and working for 2 weeks at one of our Stations in Germany, 1 week at home. Travel & hotel costs are covered by FreewayCamper. We offer different contract options e.g. permanent, emplyment, B2B, umowa zlecenie, umowa o pracę. Get in touch with us and we talk about the different options.
Your background
For us, it's important that you enjoy and have experience in customer contact. Working at our station also requires the following:
- You have completed training or studies in areas such as transportation, logistics, quality management, automotive, tourism, business administration, or similar (career changers are also welcome)
- You have a passion for services – for you, everything revolves around the satisfaction of our customers
- You keep a cool head even in stressful situations, have a solution-oriented way of thinking, and very good organizational skills
- You bring flexibility, your ability to think "out of the box," and your hands-on mentality fully into play
- Adhering to quality standards is a matter of course for you
- You are willing to work on weekends and holidays*
- You have a driver's license class B and are willing to travel
- Your are fluent in english or german
*Additional compensation is provided for your work on Sundays and holidays

We are FreewayCamper, an emerging start up from Munich and we have the vision to digitalize the camping market. We offer our users the complete camping package. With us you can easily book a wide variety of campers and additional packages online. You can find our campers either at our own stations or at our franchise partners. The exciting journey started in 2019.
